Christoph Becker is the owner and creator of Offer House (OfferHouse.com). He grew up in the small town of Abilene KS, and ever since he can remember – Christoph has always had big dreams and a passion for Real Estate. He started his entrepreneurial journey in 1999 when he was introduced to the field of Mortgage Lending. After completing a 10-year practice in the industry, he quickly transitioned his focus towards Investing and Property Redevelopment. Christoph now enjoys working with his team by helping homeowners with problem properties they no longer want or are not quite sure what to do with. Over the years, he and his company have purchased hundreds of homes and have helped countless families in the process. Above all, Christoph is a family man and feels most pride from being a Dad to his 16-year-old son. He and his Son attend Life Church in Overland Park KS. In addition to his Son, Christoph’s Mother is his #1 reason for doing what he does. When asked what drives him most, he said that he credits his Mom for showing him how to be strong, to never quit, and to always treat others with kindness and respect. Regarding his interests, he did say he’s a Pittsburgh Steelers fan at heart, but also enjoys supporting the Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes!
Ashley Lowe is the Executive Assistant and Transaction Coordinator at Offer House. She is a proud Kansas native. She currently resides in Bonner Springs, KS with her husband and their 4 children. Ashley started her real estate career with clerical work part-time at a local real estate office. She then spent several years working in title and escrow – processing and clearing title for real estate transactions. She is well versed in all aspects of business. She is a Kansas and Missouri State Notary and offers a mobile notary service for our disabled and elderly clients. Ashley loves working directly with clients to make sure every transaction is seamless. In addition to assisting home sellers – Ashley also manages the office and oversees the property management division. Before Real Estate, Ashley worked for the Shawnee Mission School District caring for children with multiple severe disabilities. She is an enthusiastic Chiefs fan and loves to travel with her husband Matt. In her free time, Ashley enjoys camping with her family and spending time with friends. You can also catch her getting lost in a good book :o). Those that know Ashley best, will tell you that she always puts others first, and has a heart as big as the moon!
Jessica Brock is the Customer Relationship Manager at Offer House. She currently resides in Basehor, KS with her husband and their 2 boys. Jessica will most likely be your first point of contact when calling our office or submitting your property info on our website. When asked what she likes most about her position, she stated that – She loves being able to work directly with Offer House clients and making sure that their needs are always met! Jessica’s path into Real Estate started early on when she began assisting with clerical work for a large brokerage office. Prior to Offer House, Jessica also worked for a Civil Litigation Law Firm in Corporate Woods. In her free time, Jessica enjoys being a Mom, spending time with family and friends, and also enjoys camping and being outdoors!
Rodney Redmond is a seasoned Acquisition Manager at Offer House. He is a proud Kansas City native. Rodney is knowledgeable and experienced in all parts of the Metro. He enjoys helping locals by providing them with a win-win solution to whatever their needs are. Rodney is known for going above and beyond, he demonstrates a deep compassion for others, and truly is a man of integrity. Before beginning his career in Real Estate, Rodney studied Sports Medicine at Missouri Valley College. He also worked for several years at ATK ammunition base. Rodney’s transition into Real Estate started as a Residential Home Inspector. He has achieved InterNachi Certifications, and while doing so, gained valuable knowledge of housing systems and the overall building construction of homes. As an Acquisitions Manager, he takes pride in communicating with home sellers to fully understand their needs in order to make sure he delivers the results they deserve. When Rodney isn’t wearing his “Superman Cape” for home sellers, you can always catch him spending endless hours with his wife and three daughters, or playing catch with his dog. He enjoys taking his family on local adventures and exploring the many wonderful sites that Kansas City has to offer!
Jeremy Sheehan is an Acquisitions Manager at Offer House in Kansas City. Born and Raised in Kansas, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Health & Exercise Science. Before Offer House – Jeremy was a 4 year NCAA Division 1 baseball player, a former YMCA Center Director, as well as a former High School and College baseball coach, and a Distribution business owner. Jeremy has always been interested in Real Estate! He made the jump into real estate investing and joined Offer House in February of 2019. He is currently in the process of obtaining his Real Estate License in both Kansas and Missouri. When asked about his hobbies and interests – he replied that aside from helping others, Health and Fitness are Very Important to him, and are what help him to maintain peace and harmony in all of his endeavors. To this day, Jeremy is a nationally certified Personal Trainer and spends some of his spare time training and instructing high school baseball players.
